Ground Delivery is free within the continental United States. Where UPS is not available, the closest equivalent will be used. If you wish to have a different shipping service feel free to email for call, and we will be happy to accommodate.  However, air and other more expensive methods will entail an added fee for the difference in price.

Please understand that express shipping is not guaranteed to ship out on the same business day. All orders are processed within 5 business days after ordering..

Default Shipping for International Orders is USPS and generally takes about 10 days when items are in stock.

*     Waist: have someone measure your natural waistline.

*     Hips: Measure the fullest part of your hips.
